ORDER PROCESSING

All products sold by UNBOTHERED WEAR are made-to-order.

Production typically begins after your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Most orders are produced within 1–5 business days. However, production times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, peak seasons, or due to increased order volume.

Estimated production times are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after production:

• United States: 3–8 business days
• Canada: 5–12 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Carrier delays
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Local postal service disruptions
• International transportation issues
• High shipping volume periods

UNBOTHERED WEAR is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Delivery destination
• Product type
• Shipping method selected

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Refused delivery
• Failure to claim the package

Additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

UNBOTHERED WEAR is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate the issue.

Replacement, store credit, or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our sole discretion.

UNBOTHERED WEAR is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

International orders may be subject to:

• Customs inspections
• Import duties
• Taxes
• Additional governmental fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

UNBOTHERED WEAR has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
