REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At UNBOTHERED WEAR, all products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to customer preference.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, shipping details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

As all items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Preference changes after delivery
• Ordering the wrong product, color, or design
• Minor color differences caused by monitor or device settings
• Minor variations in print placement or garment appearance
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
• Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
• Sale items
• Gift cards

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If the issue is verified, UNBOTHERED WEAR may provide a replacement item, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

UNBOTHERED WEAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us.

After verification with our fulfillment partner and carrier, we may provide a replacement item, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for approved refunds to be processed.

Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

Under applicable consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for the customer.

Since all UNBOTHERED WEAR products are made-to-order, certain return rights may be excluded where permitted by law.
